Commercial General Liability Insurance
Coverage for exposure to lawsuits that are brought against the insured that allege bodily injury, personal injury or property damage arising from a premises, operation, product, or completed operation.  In addition to the liability limit, this policy would typically include coverage for the cost of attorney fees to the defending a claim.

Commercial Property Insurance
This coverage for real-state and personal property.  This would typically include exposures such as building structures, leasehold improvements, inventory, equipment, raw materials, finished goods, and computer equipment among other things.

Workers’ Compensation Insurance
Coverage for an employer’s legal (statutory) obligation to pay for an employee for work-related injuries. Workers’ compensation insurance is a state-mandated insurance that provides income, medical benefits and rehabilitative services for workers injured on the job or while performing work-related duties Policies can also include coverage for employer’s liability.

Directors & Officers Insurance
Coverage for the personal liability of Directors and Officers, Liability Insurance provides financial protection for the directors and officers of your company in the event they are sued in conjunction with the performance of their duties as they relate to the company. Think of Directors and Officers Insurance as a management Errors and Omissions policy.

Fiduciary Liability Insurance
Coverage for the personal liability of individuals who exercise discretion over employee benefit plans subject to the federal ERISA law.

Business Interruption Insurance 
Coverage for lost profits, continuing expenses, and extra expenses that would have been affected by an interruption in your business due to a covered event.

Crime Insurance
Coverage for employee theft of company property or money.  This policy can also include coverage for hold-ups, burglary and robbery, computer fund transfers, computer fraud, employee dishonesty and depositors forgery perpetrated by someone other than the employee.

Bonds
Coverage which provides a financial resource to ensure the performance or fidelity of someone else.

Professional Liability Insurance
Coverage for lawsuits that are brought against the insured that allege a professional error or omission in the course of providing a professional service.  Unlike general liability, professional liability does not always result in bodily injury or property damage.

Commercial Automobile Insurance
Coverage for bodily injury or property damage liability arising out of the use of a vehicle.  Policies can include coverage for physical damage to certain insured vehicles subject to a comprehensive and collision deductible. Consideration should also be given to uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage, rental reimbursement coverage, rental car coverage, among other things.

This is a commercial policy that provides additional coverage to an existing policy. This excess policy is typically broader in its coverage terms.
